"The stay at Under Canvas Zion was very disappointing, especially considering the high price (around $500 per night). When we arrived, there was already a visible tear in the tent wall. For a property marketed as a premium glamping experience, this is unacceptable. The interior also felt dusty and not properly cleaned or maintained. Another major issue was the noise. Although the property states that quiet hours begin at 10 PM, there were multiple vehicles driving through the camp between 11 PM and 1 AM. The noise was loud and disruptive, making it difficult to rest. In addition, the front desk service was not helpful when concerns were raised. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised. Given the price, the quality, cleanliness, and service were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here."

"Super nice view, quiet, parking area is empty, not many people, just stay in the mountains, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and a trail to see the lambs and chickens. We all love it here."

The location was very convenient for me, especially since I needed to go back and forth to the meeting room for classes every day. The environment was also clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I enjoyed staying here. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
