Everyone in the family loved it. My 16 year old daughter said she doesn't want to go to North Carolina anymore. Only drawback is the amount of stairs. Definitely need to be able bodied to stay here.Thank you for the awesome stay.

Place was clean and plenty of room for the six of us. The girls (12 year olds) loved walking to everything as beach was very close. Lots to do for them. Lots of stairs so just beware! Had no issues with anything.

Excellent location and quality of construction! Everything functioned perfectly and has been well maintained. The maintenance manager greated us and made sure we knew everything we had to know. The only thing otherwise worth noting for others is that the bed in the master was extremely squeaky.

The house is lovely! Spacious, clean, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. It felt like an oasis. The rooftop sitting area is a fun addition. Our family hung out together up there, and I think we each spent time up there on our own, too - reading, sunning, sitting. Such a great spot. I appreciated the information provided during the check-in process. Check out was simple. The requested prep was reasonable and quick and easy to execute. We really enjoyed our stay! If we plan another trip to the area, I'd definitely check availability here first.

Beach It!

We stayed here for the BeachIt country festival. The property is exactly as the photos show. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared for those calf’s to be barking after a few days of walking to the beach and up and down the stairs 😂. We are already looking forward to coming back and staying here next year.

Solitude and beach

Clean, close to the beach, . Too many rules. I am 72 years old and was not allowed to sit on the deck after 11:00 pm. Some of us do not sleep that well. Also, not enough towels.There should be enough for 2 per person fir hair and body. Not a place for young group of people if you plan to party. Very quiet

Solid rental property

The property is very nice, clean, and modern accommodations. Place was in perfect order when we arrived and completely functional entire stay. Location is right in the middle of the strip and Va Beach action - likely appealing to many. Nice to have easy parking - two spots in garage (large SUV won’t fit though) and a 3rd was made available right outside of garage. 4th floor rooftop was fantastic. Only downsides of mention: Property manager wasn’t responsive prior to arrival- took me two calls to VRBO to get check in info and responses to my questions. Kitchen pots/pans not sufficient to feed total occupants of 7. We made do but could use another big pan, vegetable peeler. Bath towels were provided but no wash cloths or hand towels. Overall very good stay in this part of Va Beach.
