We really enjoyed the penthouse, the layout and overall experience was great. A few small issues but nothing major. kitchen is well stocked. great for gathering with friends and family. The key cards to the elevators/ garage doors are a PITA and only working part time. the garage is tight but we drive a Denali and had no issues in either parking spot. The elevators are close to the unit. the living room furniture has been updated from the photo and its very nice and comfortable. bed is master is very soft and comfortable too. We loved the restaurant downstairs and Baja across the street!

Disappointing

This places has the potential for awesome. Great beach and 2 balconies with ocean views. Unfortunately just too much that disappoints. Inadequate balcony furniture. Inadequate kitchen supplies— had to wash silverware after every meal. Inability to get keys for all of us and card keys are required to gain entrance to the building. Only 2 were allowed per condo and we had 3 couples. Not enough working rinse stations.

The condo had great views very roomy but definitely needs some TLC porch furniture needs replaced only had 4 spoons and 2 of them were serving spoons. I probably wouldn't stay at this particular condo again.

Great Family Vacation with Excellent Location and Service

Our family recently spent a week at Penthouse Paradise in Sandbridge, VA, and overall, it was a great experience. The beachfront location was fantastic, offering stunning ocean views just steps from the sand. The spacious condo smelled fresh upon arrival, with clean kitchen counters and bathrooms. The new couches were a great addition, and we loved their color. The mattresses were comfortable, and having cable TV was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the foosball table during our downtime. Vacasa’s guest service was impressive—they responded promptly to our calls and resolved issues quickly without ruining our vacation time. We had a couple of minor issues: building access cards, which were handled efficiently following Vacasa’s instructions, and a leak under the kitchen sink that maintenance fixed within a few hours. Overall, we would definitely recommend this rental to others and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful complex… Dirty Condo 402A

I’m sorry but this unit was filthy… sand in one of the beds … floors probably haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Living room Furniture needs replaced Stayed in a lot of these .. worst yet ‼️

Has Potential

The unit was not clean, although property managers were quick to offer assistance in correcting the situation. Our timing was not good. The building was under Construction, elevators were not working and while we knew the pools were not going to be open none of the other outside amenities were Available. Tables and grills, were one area we Had hoped to use. Our peaceful beach week was backed by the soundscape of construction. It was a slight disappointment. Also note parking is not for the faint of heart if you are driving anything bigger than a compact car. With 6 in our party I drove an Expedition and I had to do an extortionist act trying to get out of the car. The place has potential, unfortunately our timing was way off so we sadly overpaid for a 5 day work out to visit the beach. (Note bring a foldable wagon to get your things from your car to the condo!)

Very nice unit

It is ocean view and not ocean-front, but has two balconies. The upstairs bedroom has a private balcony. Warning: parking in the garage is VERY tight.

Beautiful ocean and bay views. Beach pros are a pleasure to deal with. Master jetted tub has never worked. Parts were ordered when we arrived. Construction has taken place entire stay. Never informed prior. What ever you do, always have parking pass visible. Tow truck Nazi will tow you!
