Great work retreat

The Location was great! It worked out well for our company retreat. A few things need to be fixed, most notably the upstairs sliding door to the deck did not work well. The lights around the island had exposed wiring. Other than that my group had a great time. i would definitely book again.

On the beach

The view was the best part of our stay! They had comfortable beds and the house was clean. There were a few challenges with the house, hot tub did not work even after they had someone service it. The knobs for the stove were missing and it made cooking very difficult as well as they were missing a smoke detector in one of the bedrooms. They tried to fix the knobs, but not while we were staying there.

The place was great. It was clean with Plenty of space for everyone. Views from the decks are beautiful and the location is perfect. The only thing I would suggest is that they get a bigger refrigerator and possibly adding a second fridge downstairs for additional food storage. Other than that the place was absolutely fantastic and our family would rent again.

I found the property it maintained. Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work. Broken shelves and drawers. Way too small for a house that size. Should be at least 2 maintained refrigerators. Had trouble with pool heater gas grill was FILTHY. Grease trap started on fire. Not enough or decent outside seating or furniture. Main tv is old. DVD player also old. Would play new videos. Game room old and outdated. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend it to anyone.

Property is in need of some TLC - updating and maintenance. Enjoyed our visit mostly because it was a large gathering of family and close family friends. House does comfortably sleep 20 people or maybe a few more. It desperately needs updating as it is older and run down a bit

The kitchen had everything you could ever want to use. The pool was fine until the pump broke. Fixes need to be done to the difficulty of the sliding doors, ice maker made ice but didn't dispense, one dishwasher doesn't work. Complimentary soap, etc was appreciated. Previous renter didn't take trash out to the curb and it overflowed onto the parking lot.overall a fun time. Thanks

Extremely Underwhelmed

This property was quite disappointing. While the view was amazing and most of the bathrooms were very nice, we experienced ants constantly on the kitchen counter and at back door, a broken dishwasher, completely unusable hot tub, a window sash that WE had to prop with large pole we found in the laundry room just so the sash would stay closed (it was wide open when we arrived and looked to have been previously 'fixed' with duct tape), the A/C hadn't been turned on timely before our arrival on a 90 degree day and the house was extremely hot for the first 1.5 days (including the basement bedroom by the pool area which was unusable), no WiFi access for the first 3 days (which turned out to be we were provided with the wrong password!), all of the sliding doors in the house were broken/extremely heavy to open and close (the one by the indoor pool was unusable), the gas grill has seen better days, and if you are using the chairs in the game room, do so with caution. This property has potential, but just way too many problems. Customer service was somewhat responsive but did not have services available until Monday, which is surprising due to Saturday arrivals as standard. We have been trying to resolve follow up resolution due to the issues with our stay, which has been dragging on for weeks now - getting the total run around. Overall, I would NOT recommend staying at this property (especially at this price point) or dealing with this customer service team.
