This place was excellent! I was very pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The housekeepers really do a great job & the desk staff is so friendly. Plus it’s connected to a restaurant so great access to food. This is my 2nd time here and i will always book the capes!

The hotel sits on the beach, but the staff was rude and did not have a room that we paid for- insisted the room we had was an upgrade, when there was only one bed with ocean view- not 2 as we had requested. Plenty of other hotels to stay in area.

Room was very clean staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach view was amazing even from the ground floor room. Parking was good .my only complaint was the pool didn’t open until noon and check-out was at 11 so we couldn’t use the pool before checkout

The room was clean and had an amazing view of the beach. Access was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was well appointed. The fixtures in the property are dated and well worn. However, it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay, and the staff was very helpful and kind!

Staff for the hotel went above and beyond. Our concierge that was there for majority of our stay personally escorted us down the street for parking since parking at the hotel is very limited. The view of the room was nice. We had stayed there for a wedding so it did what we needed it to do. It’s nice that the hotel is in the middle of everything but that also comes with some wacky people being around and the smell of weed was overpowering. Beds and pillows could def use an upgrade and the restaurant attached to the hotel was meh. Honestly if it wasn’t for our front staff, we probably wouldn’t consider coming back.
Again, it’s a good stay for just a weekend and a place to lay at night but nothing amazing.

Spent a few days before NYE through NY day with my wife and we wish we could have stayed longer. The place was absolutely perfect for a quiet couples getaway. The staff were so nice and the diner next door is absolutely perfect.

The staff in both the hotel & the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly.
Our fifth floor oceanfront balcony had space and a great view.
The only two negatives I experienced (Which were both mentioned in previous reviews I had read before I booked) were: 1. The bed was definitely not firm and solid 2. The walls are very thin and other guests noise & movements are easily heard.
