「We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for trip. We were a little confused about the arrangements. We thought we had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The cabin only had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The other bedroom and bath were located in the accommodations over the garage. We had invited additional family to join us. So it would have been a surprise to find out the 3rd bedroom and other bath were 30 yards away. The cabin worked well for our family of three.」

「We loved our stay in this exceptional cabin! It had everything we wanted: privacy, great view, quiet, space in which to relax, great decks, plenty of parking (including for our raft/trailer), great location. There is so much to do that is within easy reach: fishing, floating, hiking, Virginia and Nevada City, theater, Quake Lake, Yellowstone, shopping, food. This cabin is very well stocked, very clean, and quite comfortable. We so appreciated the flexibility of our host as we needed to change...

「House is old and needs sealed up. Western conifer seed bugs. Relative of a stink bug. Soon as we turned on the heat. They came from everywhere. They said it was a Montana thing. I think it was just way too easy for them to get in. Had to spend the first night in a hotel. No one offered to reimburse us. Also, millipedes. It would have been great if not for the bugs. We saw a couple of mentions of bugs in the reviews but never expected the sheer volume of them, bugs on the bed or find them...

「We had a perfect experience staying at the cabin. It was in a perfect location, spotless, charming and well appointed plus we love historical dwellings so that was an extra plus!」

「We were warned prior to arriving that you need either an all wheel drive or a 4 wheel drive. Fortunately we were able to achieve access to this incredible stay via all wheel drive. If it is raining you probably will need a 4 wheel drive. The road to FireTower is a bit challenging and a little scary the first time, but it is very well maintained by Chris, the property manager. We were able to text him because the cell tower just happened to be on the next mountain and we had 4 bars the entire...
