Benchmark Virginias hotels

"Nice downtown corporate feel hotel. We checked in on a Saturday and the Starbucks, Chic Fil A and smoothie shop that were advertised as perks were all closed, so that was a bummer. But the front desk staff was kind and friendly and the bartender was excellent. Downtown Richmond was a little sad though. Probably wouldn’t stay in that same area again. "

"The property is beautiful as always, very peaceful and great for families. I was a bit disappointed with the spa tub in the king bathroom. There was a lot of dead skin just sitting in the tub and The bathtub in the second room was stopped up. We only used the shower and it was puddling at the bottom. I left it to sit and there was brown/gross stuff just backing up into the tub. Just be mindful. I’ve been here before and I know this is more than likely a one time occurrence, HOPEFULLY! Giving a lot of grace as cleanliness is super important to me but everything else was indeed perfect. "
