"I want to start this by saying, I’m a Hilton rewards member and frequent their hotels as I travel for business. The Graduate did not live up to their typical standards. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder so you just had the tp on the granite counters that condensate when the shower is running because the exhaust fan didn’t work. The shower basin was covered in these black stains as if someone just dyed their hair in there. There was only one towel on the rack but there was one other one under the sink. When I pulled it out a clump of hair came with it. There was also no ice or vending on our floor even though there was signs and hookups. Now we were barely in the room and it was fine enough to sleep in but didn’t live up to my expectations for Hilton. We called ahead and were told the rooftop bar would be open which is part of the reason we chose this hotel over others but it doesn’t open until next week. Food was decent and the restaurant but there’s better/cheaper options right outside."
