"Great stay, family reunion over Memorial Day weekend. Very clean, spacious rooms. Restaurant very accommodating. Five minutes to stores and fifteen to Colonial Williamsburg."

"Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. "

"Everything was exceptional except the check in process. Very busy, I had an inexperienced individual, who could not find my reservation, needed to call and ask for assistance on multiple occasions. Friendly but should have been in training as opposed to on her own. Family waiting in car were concerned while waiting, thats how long it took. The units we booked were perfect and facilities clean and so fun. Would go back for sure Thank you."

"The place was very cozy and up-to-date appliances. Bed was very comfortable clean rooms Jacuzzi hot tub bathtubs were excellent unless you go out and buy groceries. My only issue was coffee. I didn’t like the coffee in the room and there was no accessible other coffee unless I left the resort I think a coffee bar would be amazing, or a little buffet thing in the morning or something "

It was steps from the beach with a small balcony we could sit on if we just wanted to watch the beach and activities on the beach from a distance. The place was clean, the staff efficient and the host, Peter is awesome. He answered our inquiries in a timely manner!!!"

"It met my expectations. My only concerns were the internet - it was hesitant/buffering quite a bit. I also noticed there were no knives for slicing fruit/veggies or meat -only table/butter knives. But overall my stay was pleasant with a great view of the ocean and super convenient to restaurants and shops. The check in/out process was easy and the staff was able to answer/assist with any questions I had. I am definitely considering staying here in the future."

"We had a great stay! They also had a cool feature that we could just text them when we needed something. They also had full size Shampoo and body wash hanging in the shower that smelled awesome! And lotion near the sink! Their elevators are a little slow, but that was the only pain we had. Thank you!"

"We didn't utilize any of the property amenities - just used as a home base for all our travels in the area. We did really enjoy the ducks and the pond - watching them from the balcony in the evenings."
