"早餐多樣化，非常好吃，連果汁都是喝得到果肉的天然果汁。 每位員工都非常友善。 在這樣舒適的環境下，真的完全能讓人放鬆。 客房乾淨，打掃人員可能太忙碌了，其中一個房間的浴室忘記放腳踏墊。但這一點小失誤，仍然不減我們對飯店的喜愛。"

"Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the swimming pool in booking websites. I am a regular guest of Radisson Blu hotels worldwide, the stay was still pleasant and maintained well, above average and value for money. Very good location."

"這是我跟我老公的蜜月的最後一站。 雖然只呆了兩天，但非常的滿足與開心。 早餐的種類非常豐富，每天早上有各種美食迎接我們非常的幸福。 晚上我們去亞洲餐廳點了印度咖喱烤餅非常非常好吃。 這裡的員工非常的友善，每天下午還會再幫我們整理房間，並附上小點心超級貼心！ 早上參加飯店的水晶船活動，老公把我手機的手機套忘在海灘，負責水晶船的員工還特別幫我把我的手機套送到早餐餐廳超級貼心！ 這個飯店位置雖然比較偏遠，但是海灘人相對也比較少，也比較不會有小販推銷。 我們禮拜六在游泳池玩的時候突然有泡沫派對，我們事前並不知道，所以非常的驚喜也玩得很開心。 為我們的蜜月劃上完美的終點。我們很幸福能夠選到這間飯店帶給我們很多美麗的回憶。"

"The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel."

"The hotel is very nice. There was free tea time at 3 pm which is great! There were also activities like zumba, belly dance which was entertaining. Our suggestions - Please provide welcome drinks . Most big hotels have. Put Netflix or youtube in your TV settings most hotels have this. Shuttle services should add a bit more. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you."
