The location is central yet sea view and peaceful, with sea views and a private courtyard, just a short distance from the beach and Almedalen.
The property features 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 7 guests, including 3 double beds that can be separated into singles, as well as a spacious living room, breakfast kitchen, bathroom, and guest WC. The two upper floors of the building are occupied by the host.
