The Space:

The main house offers six bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a crib, and a private deck with stunning sunset views. There are five additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms includes three double beds, ideal for larger groups or children.



The detached casita provides two additional bedrooms and one bathroom, a full kitchen, a living area, and a deck, accommodating an additional eight guests. Both casita bedrooms offer king-size beds. The living area in the casita has an entertainment center and additional sleeping options.



Outside, you'll find an infinity pool with a 90-foot water slide, a hot tub, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a putting green, a basketball court, cornhole, and ping pong. There is also an outdoor 70-inch TV, a pergola, and hammock chairs. For dining and entertainment, there is a full outdoor kitchen, an upper patio with a fire table, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, a smart TV, and a sectional sofa.



The gourmet indoor kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar and a dining table. Family-friendly amenities include a kids’ play area with a sand pit and trampoline.



The property is conveniently located near top breweries and dining options, with easy freeway access and breathtaking sunset views. Nearby attractions include Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Downtown San Diego, Carlsbad Beach, and Oceanside Beach.



Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to the main house, the detached casita, and all common areas on the property, including the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the privacy of the entire estate, with amenities like a BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.

Getting Around:

The house is conveniently located near major freeways, providing easy access for your travels. Free street parking is available. For those flying in, the property is located in Vista, CA. While public transportation options are limited directly from the property, ride-sharing services are readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for $150 per night. Please note that this property welcomes pets! Kindly inform us in advance about your furry friends and their number. A fee of $100 per pet will be applied to cover extra cleaning. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. We prioritize the health and safety of our guests; therefore, we conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization after each checkout. Thank you for your cooperation!
