The hotel is nice, clean rooms comfortable bed. Close to airport. I stayed in room 504 .it was so noisy you can hear people above moving a table. People talking waiting for elevator. It is not a good long stay hotel, since sleeping in noise is hard. They do have free breakfast and suttle to airport

Although they do offer shuttle from/to airport they expect guest to have Brazilian phone numbers to text info to (rather than using WhatsApp or some other equivalent messaging platform - they do use Whatsapp but not for the shuttle service).

Pior hotel em que já me hospedei no hotéis.com

Tudo nesse hotel é medíocre exceto o atendimento e o café da manhã que são péssimos. Adquiri um quarto intermediário e percebi que são todos iguais exceto o que lhe oferecem de upgrade. Gerente do turno noturno despreparado, sem cordialidade. Cobrou cama extra sendo que o quarto seria para três pessoas na reserva. Ao perguntar no café da manhã se reporiam comidas a atendente disse que em 40 minutos o mesmo fecharia e que não reporia mais nada. Uma lástima de lugar. Fotos dos quartos não condizente com o que oferecem. Quartos são os mesmos, preço não em legítima afronta ao código do consumidor. Por fora um edifício imponente, por dentro inferior que qualquer hotel funcional de periferia. Vale menos na metade do que cobram. Acomodações simples e ruins para o preço, e, certamente o pior atendimento do hotéis.com.
