The entrance leads over 15 steps directly in the porch. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 40 sqm and with 4 single beds, TV, radio and CD. Bedroom 45 sqm and with 4 single beds, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Vlčice u Trutnova, 460 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. On the adjacent plot, there are holiday houses CSR RIG 039 (9 people), CSR RIG 399 (8 people), and the landlord's house. On the ground floor of the house, there is a Western-style bar with draft beer or a lounge area, available by arrangement with the landlord. Please pre-order bed linen with your booking. The property is in Western style. Access is via a side road (paved, length 500 m). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
