「Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir große Schwierigkeiten, die Wohnungstür zu öffnen. Erst nach fast einer Stunde und mehreren Telefonaten mit verschiedenen Servicenummern konnten wir hineinkamen. Mit dem Tap-Key konnten wir zwar das grüne Licht an der Tür erzeugen, aber sie ließ sich trotzdem nicht öffnen. Uns wurde schließlich empfohlen , die Tür mit kräftigem Stoß zu öffnen – erst danach konnten wir eintreten. Da die Tür weiterhin klemmte, kam am nächsten Tag ein Mitarbeiter und reparierte sie....

「Excellent location. Lovely, peaceful and quiet with garden access, and an easy walk to the city centre. A little difficult to self-cater, but manageable. The manager is lovely and communication with the owner was very good. We’d be happy to stay again.」

「Very clean compact and good price and would stay again. AC was not working during our stay but otherwise all good. Google maps leads to the caravan park instead of the car park which is towards Ibis hotel. Can check in after 10pm but there won't be any assistance if a problem. Bed sheets but need to make own beds. No towels. Dishwasher tablet is provided. Bathroom door is in the bunkbedn area so can disturb kids if use during night.」
