Family villa with pool, wellness

  • Located just 1 km from Vodnjan’s center, this spacious 3-bedroom villa accommodates up to 7 guests and offers a relaxing escape near the Istrian coast. With the sea and beach only 5 km away, and Pula Airport just 9 km, it’s a convenient base for exploring the region’s cultural and natural highlights.

    The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with satellite TV, and two bathrooms, including one en-suite with a balcony. Bedrooms are air-conditioned, and additional amenities include a washing room, cot, and high chair. Outside, enjoy a private terrace, fenced garden, and barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining.

    Guests can unwind in the private bubble bath, sauna, or take a dip in the outdoor pool. Kids will love the play equipment, table tennis, and table football, while adults can relax on the sun loungers or gather around the outdoor lounge set. Free parking and WiFi are included.

Es war vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in dieser toll ausgestatteten und modernen Ferienvilla und wir können mit Abstand sagen, dass wir in den vergangenen Jahren in Kroatien kein vergleichbares Haus gefunden haben. Wir kommen definitiv im nächsten Jahr wieder.
