This bedroom benefits from a private bathroom complete with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace. The living and dining area also opens onto the terrace and provides views of the swimming pool.

The ground floor houses 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private shower room with WC, and individual air conditioning. All 3 bedrooms on this level offer direct access to the swimming pool. A separate entrance on the ground floor leads to a Finnish sauna, a shower, and a separate WC, also with access to the swimming pool.

On the lower ground floor, 1 additional bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private shower room with WC, and air conditioning, with direct access to the swimming pool.
