The Villa

Spacious and modern, the villa offers around 230 m2 of space spread over two levels. The minimalist yet warm interior blends stone, wood, and glass into a harmonious whole, while large glass walls let in plenty of natural light and open up the view of the sea and olive groves.

On the ground floor, there is an elegant living room with comfortable seating and a Smart TV (Astra and Hotbird), a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area that connects the indoor and outdoor spaces. Everything has been designed to create a sense of openness and connection with nature.

Bedrooms and Layout

The villa features three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining two are on the upper floor, offering views of the surrounding landscape and the sea. All rooms are decorated with great attention to detail – clean lines, natural tones, and comfortable materials create a soothing atmosphere of relaxation.
All air-conditioning units provide both heating and cooling, making the villa suitable for a stay throughout the year.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Villa Chiavalon is designed for complete enjoyment and relaxation. On the spacious terrace, you’ll find a private swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, a covered lounge area, and an outdoor dining space with a barbecue.
The outdoor lighting and pool lights are automatically programmed, creating a pleasant evening atmosphere.
The garden is beautifully maintained, and the lawn is always perfectly neat thanks to a robotic lawn mower, which operates safely and automatically.

Additional Information

The villa offers private parking, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV system, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and heating is available during the winter months.
Pool heating is available on request during April, May, September, and October. The service is optional and available for an additional fee of €210 per week - The pool temperature depends on the outdoor weather conditions.
The house is not suitable for youth groups.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
