A quiet respite along the Rhine

Nice staff at the reception. Very clean and nice room overlooking a pond. Very quiet area. Comfortable bed. Would recommend for somebody cycling the Rhine Route / EuroVelo 15.

Clean rooms and charging for electrical cars

We were specifically looking for a hotel with charging opportunities for electrical cars, and this was perfect for us. The setup worked seamlessly witout any snags, and the hotel charged a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly, and we found the room to be clean and neat.

Excellent rooms, tranquil setting. Breakfast only average for this quality of hotel - would expect better - this time no offer of eggs! Safe still not working on this our 4th visit. Lots of guests with dogs even in the restaurant!

Nice place to stay by the Rhine

All good except for the lack of information in the room. We could not use the room safe as there were no instructions and our french is not good enough to ask.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und klimatisiert. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug aber bei 3 Etagen ist das kein Problem. Der Balkon auf der Südseite ist sehr schön groß und der Blick auf den Rhein sowie den Rheinkanal war super. Die Lage auf der Rheininsel ist super. So kann man sowohl nach Deutschland als auch in Frankreich Ausflugsziele besuchen. Das Frühstück hat 12€ extra gekostet aber es gab alles was das Herz begehrt und man konnte zwischen Rührei und Spiegelei wählen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage!

Dieses Hotel ist empfehlenswert, sauber, schöne Zimmer, kleiner Balkon und unsere beiden Hunde fühlten sich auch wohl. Man konnte gleich am See Gassi gehen und war in der Natur. Das Restaurant bot regionale Küche an,das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise.

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! À tel point que nous l'avons prolongé. Une qualité de services irréprochable à tous les niveaux (propreté exemplaire, petit-déjeuner, restaurant et bar, literie, équipements,...) et un cadre exceptionnel (chambre, vue, environs de l'hôtel). Nous avons eu le bonheur de trouver une équipe aux petits soins, dont chaque membre est tout simplement adorable et très souriant. On sent que leur travail est effectué avec beaucoup de cœur, en plus d'une redoutable efficacité :)
