Beautiful escape in Austria

Amazing and big house with a fantastic pool - highly recommended!
Beautiful and big house, perfect for big families or a group of families/friends. Our kids loved the pool and the pool area. This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was nice and clean. A great place to relax and enjoy, go hiking, walking, running or biking
There is a great view from the house and Herbert is a very nice, friendly and helpful host.

A great vacation with friends
We stayed one week in the house of Herbert and have had a great week. The house is big and stayed here with 2 families. The kitchen, living room, garden and swimming pool were great. Communication with Herbert and his neighboirs was perfect.
The house could have been a little cleaner and we missed cabinets in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstair bathrooms were outdated but the downstairs bathroom was very Nice.
We have had a wonderfull stay at the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Herbert's house in Haimburg. Communication (in English) was excellent and he provided some great recommendations and booked tennis in the village for us. The housekeepers Arnold and Gitte are on hand if anything is needed. The ground floor of the house and outdoor space are fantastic, particularly the pool area and the modern and well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs is less modern, particularly the bathrooms and we really only used the ground floor and top floor showers. There is just one air-conditioning unit in the living area of the top floor and a couple of tower fans. We were blessed with incredible August weather (over 30 every day) very lucky but this did mean that the bedrooms, particularly the top floor, were very hot. We did a day-trip to Lake Bled and had a fantastic lunch followed by lake swimming in Klagunfurt - but mainly we made full use of the house in the sunshine. Thanks Herbert!

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind sowie Hund, haben wunderbare zwei Wochen in Haimburg verbracht. Das Haus ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für kulturelle sowie sportliche und kulinarische Unternehmungen. Aber auch der Aufenthalt vorort lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und den Nachbarn war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr groß, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich mit Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Die gemeinsam genutzte Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Kühlschrank, Eisschrank, Weingläser, Spülmaschine….). Es gibt eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, die wir nutzen konnten. Das Poolhaus inklusive Sauna, Toilette und Dusche ist wunderbar. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten wurde ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Zusätzlich konnten wir Fahrräder und die Tischtennisplatte nutzen. WLAN ist vorhanden und funktioniert . Alles in allem „Tiptop“ - sehr gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub
Wir, sechs Erwachsene, ein Baby und ein Hund, durften eine sehr erholsame Woche im sonnigen Haimburg verbringen.
Das große und gut ausgestattete Haus, der tolle Pool und das nahezu uneinsehbare Grundstück haben allen sehr gut gefallen.
Dass nicht alle Räume bereits renoviert sind (Bad/WC im 1.OG) schmälert den Erholungswert in keinster Art und Weise, es gibt in den anderen Stockwerken schöne und komfortable Ausweichmöglichkeiten.
Bei Fragen sind sowohl der Vermieter als auch die unterstützenden Nachbarn jederzeit problemlos zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Wir haben mit unseren Kindern, deren Partnern und 2 Babys einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist top und das Freizeitangebot mit Tennis, Tischtennis usw. super.
Allerdings ist das Haus noch nicht vollständig renoviert, so dass bei uns doch immer mal wieder ein Handwerker zugange war, die aber nicht gestört haben. Und zu beachten: die Terrasse ist aus Holz, was unserer krabbelnden Enkelin manchen Splitter eingebracht hat.

Familienurlaub mi 7 Personen + Hund
Wir waren eine Familie mit 4 Erwachenen (1 Paar + 2 Single), 3 Kindern ( 7j., 11 j.,16 j) + 1 Hund. Das Haus ist so groß, dass man sich gut aufteilen konnte. Insbesondere auch mit der oberen Wohnung. Man kann toll in der grossen Küche und auf der überdachten Terasse zusammen sitzen. Bei Fragen besteht ein toller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und den Nachbarn. Also wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Luft nach oben
Leider hatte der Pool nur 15 Grad, was definitiv zu kalt ist. In der zweiten Woche war er wegen Defekt nicht benutzbar. Bis auf die Bäder und Schlafräume war das Haus nicht gereinigt! Wir mussten erstmal Saugen und Wischen nach der Ankunft. Auf den Fotos ist nur der modernisierte Bereich des Hauses abgebildet, die alten Toiletten und Bäder nicht. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für 8 Personen und die Alarmanlage (deaktiviert) kann schon mal einfach so los gehen.

Familien Sommerurlaub
Haben unseren Familienurlaub genossen. Das große Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wie bereits beschrieben hat das Ferienhaus viel zu bieten. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte perfekt. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an die netten Nachbarn, aber auch direkt an unseren Vermieter wenden. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Sommerurlaub
Der 5-Tage-Aufenthalt war nicht nur erholsam und vom Ambiente her schön, die Unterkunft hat unseren Urlaub noch schöner werden lassen. Die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend und nach einer kurzen Schlüsselübergabe und einem Rundgang durch das Feriendomizil konnten wir einchecken und unseren Urlaub starten. Insgesamt können wir als Gruppe diesen Standort weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Een fantastisch verblijf
Prachtige vakantiewoning. Zeer ruim, zowel binnen als buiten zeer goed uitgerust. Supermooi zwembad. We waren met 5 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Zeer mooie omgeving. Attente gastheer. Voor kinderen valt er heel wat te beleven. We hadden een leuke vakantie. Een echte aanrader

Mooi huis. Grote keuken met alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Super groot zwembad. Goede communicatie met de beheerder. Leuke locatie.
Al met al, wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad met 2 gezinnen. Een aanrader. Wij zouden ee zo weer naar toe gaan.

Schöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren dort mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder)
Das Haus bietet alles um vor Ort ein tollen Sommerurlaub zu genießen, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, „prominente Ausflusgsziele“ sind aber überwiegend ein Stück weg. Das gleicht das sehr schöne Haus mit seinem Außenbereich, dem Pool und der Ausstattung aber wieder aus. Auch der Gastgeber und die Nachbarn, welche einem vor Ort alles Zeigen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr gerne dort gewesen.

Haus in Haimburg 52 Völkermarkt
Wir waren 8 Erwachsene (Geschwister mit Partner) und wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Haus bittet alles um sich wohlzufühlen. Sauna, Pool und was uns Männern so gefiehl war die Bierzapfanlage .Das Haus ist so groß ,das jeder der es wollte genug freiraum für sich hatte. Also wir werden es wieder tun, und das Haus nochmal wählen.
