No wellness until 9.

The wellness section is closed until 9AM, which is disappointing. Other places open sauna, etc at 7AM to accommodate those who wish to swim or use sauna before breakfast. The faucet was running, woke me up.

Ottima posizione con vista sul Balaton

La camera era spaziosa con zona salottino e bel terrazzo con vista sul lago. La colazione buona e abbondante così come la cena, servite su una bella terrazza con vista. La mezza pensione è consigliabile. Ci sono giochi per i bambini.

Kinderfreundliches Hotel mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erw. + 1 Kind 12J) für ein Wochenende im August zum zweiten Mal dort. Das Hotel liegt am Berg. Zum See sind es zu Fuß etwa 30 Min. mit dem Auto etwa 5 Min. Sehr netter Empfang, auf Nachfrage erhieltenen wir weitere Infos zur Umgebung und hauseigenem Weinmuseum. Zimmer war auch mit Ersatzbett noch komfortabel, kleinere Makeln: Handtuchhalter kaputt, Tassen und Teekocher unsauber,Klimaanlage außer Betrieb (bei 35 °C Tagestemp., allerdings nächtliche Abkühlung auf ca. 15 °C). Speisesaal mit Außenterasse und herrlichem Ausblick auf den See. Für Kleinkinder (bis ca.6J) Spielplatz direkt daneben, so dass die Eltern ruhig essen und die Kleinen trotzdem im Auge behalten können. Morgens und abends gab es Büffet mit leckerem Essen (Salat, Suppe, Vorspeise, etwa 3-4 Hauptspeisen, Nachspeise, Obst, Getränke kostenpflichtig), Wegen dem schönen Wetter haben wir tagsüber im See gebadet und deshalb die hauseigene Wellness- und Schwimmbad diesmal nicht benutzt. Alles im allen ein nettes 4*Hotel ohne Menschenmassen, herrlicher Ausblick auf See und Umgebung, breite Auswahl an Wellnes Leistungen, feines Essen, Fahrradverleih, historischer Weinkeller mit Kostproben, am jeden zweiten Tag abends Livemusik mit Tanz, kinderfreundlich. Wir werden auch ein nächstes Mal gerne hinfahren.

International standards - good for short stays

Beautiful location, lovely view, good facilities. One needs a car though as hotel located on top of a steep hill, far from the beach/restaurants. Rooms comfortable and well presented, regularly cleaned. Air-conditioning very poor, needed to have balcony doors open for ventilation. Food is good and plenty, but service and attention is poor if a hotel guest with the compulsory half-board. (different story though if a paying customer from the outside) Restaurant terrace is pleasant, but insufficient space inside if weather not permitting outside seating. Lot of young families, not suitable for those seeking peace and quiet. Great experience for short stays, a bit restrictive with the half-board for longer duration.

Hotel was Ok, not special. On check in the receptionist did not even say hello or welcome, just continued her paper work after giving us a form to fill out. Sorry, but after the wonderful people in Budapest and Tokaji, this experience in all, was quite disappointing

Nice, quiet and a little boring.

It is a nice hotel, we went for the xmas period (23-26th dec). We arrived by train and were suprised we had to walk approx 2km with our luggage to get to the hotel as no taxi or public transport was available. Once we arrived, the check in process and rooms were great. We got a package with free breakfast and dinner. My partner wasn't really impressed with the food, however I enjoyed it. The spa area is a bit old and rundown and the massages we booked and got were not as professional as it appears on the website. The town itself had no real places to go, so we were confined to the hotel for the entirety of our trip. Overall, it was a nice trip, the hotel was good/average and we had a good time. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for a relaxing time not doing much.

Nice hotel close to hiking trails

Pleasant relaxing stay. Facilities are very nice, pool and whirlpool area were above average. Would had appreciated having trails of hiking trails. Food was OK but not great Nice comfortable place to get away relax and enjoy some quiet time.

Der hotel hat schoene platz,ist neu,schoen.

Der hotel ist neu,schoen,hat gute komfort,gute aussichts richtung Balaton aber leider fehlt eine gute Manager.Schade.Hotel ist huebsch,hat schoene eingerichtete sauna teil,aber der leute welche dort arbeitet hat keine Ahnung was muss fuer eine spa zentrum sein. Was ist freundlich? Was ruehe? Durch unsere aufenthal hat einheimische leute- ich denke war eine gruppe von freunden - eine ganz nacmitage program im sauna mit viel laerme,musik,hat mit pealing creme ins trockene sauna alles dreckig gamachts,haloooo, die leute hat ueberhaup keine ahnung was ist Sauna kultur???Eine grosse schade,weil mit so was wuerde die schoene spa zentrum schnell zustoert.Daher bitte,wo ist eine gute manager von hotel?So was ins sauna nichts erlauben,und wie schlechts sprechts sauna personal fremde spraeche.Uberhaupt nichts!Schoene hotel,essen wenig auswahl aber genugt,will immer kommen,aber wegen so schlechten Sauna personal,nein danke nichts mehr.Wo ist manager??? wunderschönes hotel mit herrlichen ausblick

wunderschönes hotel,zimmer sehr sauber sowie eine schöne ausstattung. essen war auch einwandfrei,personal im restaurant war sehr nett, auch in der rezeption. wellnessbereich war auch sehr schön so richtig zum entspannen. kleine mängel jedoch: 1.das personal im wellnessbereich hat das grüssen nicht erfunden 2.das personal sollte die saunenlandschaften kontrollieren,da es leute gibt die ohne badetuch die sauna betretten"UNHYGIENISCH" sowie überhaupt keine beratung zwecks massage oder andere zusatzverkäufe,denen ist es wichtiger sich hinter der theke zu verstecken und mit ihren handy herum zu spielen!!! 3.bodenfliesen im schwimmbecken gehören teilweise erneuert,"VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR", ansonsten ein top hotel zum weiter empfehlen.

Vackert hotell utöver det vanliga om man är rörlig

Första gången på detta hotell. Hittade det på Trivago för ett bra pris. Vacker miljö och rum, fantastisk utsikt, bra hotellkoncept, fin restaurang, bra råvaror men med mindre bra matlagning. Receptionisten kunde inte prata engelska, konstigt på ett sådant utmärkt, dyrt och nytt hotell. Fick vänta på servitris länge 2 gånger. Mycket bra och fin spa-avdelning, lagom stor men inte för stor. Det var omtumlande att sitta i bubbelkaret på takterassen mot solnedgången men vattnet hade väl kunnat vara lite varmare och med mindre klor i. Jättebra och bekvämt med tunneln till restaurangen men med tanke på alla trappor upp och ner skulle inte rekommendera till äldre eller till rörelsehindrarde. Konferensrummet som använts till julsällskap+kvällsfika varit icke ombonat och kallt, har faktiskt inte varit mysigt att sitta där mer än att dricka en öl/vin. Förstår inte varför man inte tänker på rörelsehindrade, man kan inte vara på hotellet om man inte kan gå???...
