“Booked a room there through Expedia but when we got there, it was overbooked. We got sent away and had to book something else. We got a refund through Expedia but the process was very frustrating.”

“This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. No toilet paper in the room, no hair dryer, no remote control for the TV. We asked several times and didn’t get any. The place smells horrible. The carpets are so gross. Breakfast was basically non existent. The front desk agents were very unprofessional, smoking outside and just overall unpleasant. You could say you get what you pay for but we stayed here for a World Cup game and paid a lot more than this place is worth. Knowing the hotel would be……

“The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. “The property is such a cool space with great art and furnishing in a renovated warehouse. Very comfortable for working, hanging out, and watching the world cup games. The staff were excellent: welcoming, kind, and helpful. One person in our group sprained an ankle off property and upon our areas val.we asked for ice and they promptly delivered a bag of crushed ice and an extra pillow to elevate with to.our room”

“Should make people aware that they will be across the street in a motel when booking occurs. If we wanted to stay in a motel 6 we would have booked that for a third of the cost since we didn’t use the theme park anyhow.”
