"Convenient, clean, very friendly staff, many nice walking paths and routes a few minutes away. The only downside is noise. During both stays, noisy trucks in the parking area started up between 6:30-7:00am and idled for at least 15 minutes before departing. If you wake up and get on the road early this is not an issue. If you’ve had a busy day and are looking to sleep in a little, this can be disruptive. Nonetheless we will still select the Best Western Black Hills Lodge when we visit the area next time."

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings, the front desk ladies were awesome, the breakfast included fresh omelets, which is unheard of! The pool and hot tub were perfect. Absolutely loved everything about this place. Will definitely be looking into staying at their other properties when needed."

"We enjoyed this quiet cottage right next to Spearfish creek and within walking distance of restaurants, downtown, and the beautiful bike path. The cottage was clean and homey. Communication when one of the outlets next to the bed didn't work was quick and efficient as they gave us an extension cord the next morning. The only downside for us was that the hot water heater was very small so showers had to be short, but everything else was perfect!"

"It’s no-frills but very clean, up to date furnishings, comfortable, central to Sundance. I’d stay there again were I near there or near Devil’s Tower. No problem whatsoever."
