A 30m² terrace is ideal for relaxing, as is a bedroom with a 200x200cm box spring bed and a Smart TV. The bathroom has a toilet, a bidet, a bathtub, a washing machine, and a heat-pump dryer. SAP, MLP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, Heidelberg, Schwetzingen Castle, Sinsheim, Hoffenheim, Speyer, and the Hockenheim Motor Racing Circuit, among others, are all nearby, making it the perfect place to relax.
