Wonderful stay

We were here for a (to short) weekend.. the stay was wonderfull, we love to be in the Ardennes and this house is just textbook that. Inside and out were great. Only the garden was a bit smaller than expected but still it was what you need. We went on a trip to Buhan, only 10 minutes away, where you can make the most beautiful walks. Communication was great.. we even disturbed Yves in a meeting but he didn't mind 😂 Would love to com back sometime!

Spacious, comfortable and peaceful stay

My group of friends and I stayed at Yves' place for about a week, and we had a wonderful time! The accommodation itself was very tidy when we arrived, and the easy check-in process made for a smooth start of our holiday. Additionally, the house was incredibly spacious, and we had plenty of room and amenities to enjoy our days we had to spend inside due to unfortunate weather conditions. On days we did manage to catch some sun we explored the surrounding area, which is beautiful. The close proximity of nature made the atmosphere of the place feel very peaceful, and we went for walks through the forest very often as they were right on our doorstep. Furthermore, communicating with Yves was a pleasure; he accommodated us wonderfully, and we couldn't have asked for a better host ;) Thanks again!

"We stayed at Yves lovely cottage for 1 week in August 2014. From our first contact with Yves he was very helpful and friendly. We received quick responses to our questions and he was always willing to help. W e arrived very late but everything was ready for our arrival. The place itself was tremendous. Lots of space, plenty of room, nice comfortable beds and large sitting rooms and very well equipped kitchen. Everything was fine. Comfortable and clean. Even a great ping pong table which our young people enjoyed. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and very comfortable. We had a tremendous stay and would recommend Yves and his place to anyone. Nice quiet village with a very hospitable shop and close to lots of visitors centres. Everything was great."

Endroit très agréable, bien équipé, bonne literie (c'est important). Contacts rapides et agréables. Seul petit bémol, la cuisinière (four capricieux et bouton manquant pour la hotte) et l'espace pour cuisiner (hors table pour le repas). Endroit que je recommande chaudement malgré ce petit point. :-)

Super week-end passé dans ce gîte. Les chambres sont très bien agencées et il y a une salle de bain à chaque étage. La vaisselle est en quantité et il y avait un minimum pour cuisiner (sel, café, liquide vaisselle…), donc super ! Tout est bien expliqué à l’avance et le propriétaire est accessible et répond très vite. Un grand merci pour ce chouette week-end!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. Malgré le temps très pluvieux, nous avons passé du bon temps à l'intérieur qui est très spacieux. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description sur le site. Un petit bémol concernant l'isolation. A cause des fortes pluies, nous avons constaté des infiltrations dans la véranda et dans la grande salle,sous la verrière.

Geräumiges Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten mit der Großfamilie eine gute Zeit in dem geräumigen Haus. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, moderne Bäder, eine große Küche -- die gern auch etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein dürfte -- und mehrere Sofas sowie eine Tischtennisplatte im Windergarten. Wir waren es sehr zufrieden. Das Dorf und die nährere Umgebung sind sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen See, einen Bach und einen Spielplatz. Für Einkauf sowie Unternehmungswille ist man auf Fahrzeuge angewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Yves war allzeit sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Gite soacieux et agréable

Tres bon séjour de 2 nuits. Dommage pour la tonde de la pelouse à 7h50 alors que les 3/4 dorment encore. Sinon très bien dans ce beau village de Sugny. Chambre spacieuse, cuisine et aménagement ok. Quelques réparations à effectuer mais ok et très bien dans l'ensemble. Tres bonne communication avec le propriétaire et voisins sympathiques. Wifi disponible, draps de lit disponibles. A recommander pour de grands groupes.

Très beau gîte

Gîte très grand et très bien aménagé. Nous y avons passé 3 jours en famille pour Noël. Nous étions une vingtaine et tout le monde était très confortablement installé.
