“L'hotel est assez petit et n'a pas de reception. Mais tout est bien organisé pour que le checkin fonctionne parfaitement et simplement. “Really great hotel”

“L’accueil était parfait. 2 personnes à l’accueil dont une qui parlait de extrêmement bien le français . Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h et la piscine était fermée mais il nous a permis d’aller nous baigne quand même !!! Il nous a conseiller pour visiter Pompéi. Le restaurant est excellent !!! La seule chose est qu’il fait très chaud dans les couloirs de l’hôtel et dans l’ascenseur … ”

“Ho passato la notte del mio settimo anniversario di matrimonio, dentro la suite Smeraldo, è stato ovviamente un esperienza indimenticabile. “If you are in Naples this is the best property to stay at if you rented a car like a lot of us do. Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. “We stayed here for two weeks because my daughter picked it. We love the hotel. The room was remodeled great. The bed was comfy. The linens was clean. The towels was clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that it’s not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel was perfect.”
