The staff were exemplary. Service was excellent. The grounds and view were amazing. The food and service was excellent. The Michelin restaurant was amazing with local wine pairing. I will return. It was a magical stay

We were given a key that did not fit the lock. It took the hotel 20 minutes to fix while we had to stand next to the door. Additionally no soap products in the room.
