“Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays.
Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won ’t receive the check in-in form.
Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date.
Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“We booked this apartment for a friend’s 50th girls getaway. The apartment met every expectation and went above and beyond.. The web site pictures and description were accurate to the apartment . It felt as it came out of a vogue magazine meticulously decorated. The The location was felt safe and centrally located to everything we wanted to see . We chose the room with balcony overlooking the river,which was breathtaking .
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here……

“Nice small hotel on a boat! Guess it's on water but doesn't feel "floating".
A bit difficult to find the entrance upon arrival (next to river, beneath main road, taxi driver didn't know), but easily sorted out afterwards.
Room a bit small but all essential stuffs are there. Equipped with nespresso coffee machine. Bed was nice and comfortable.
Not too noisy as it's not next to main street.

When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it. But in the end, no one never comes to my room！"
