「DO NOT BOOK THIS!! Read below Booked a room advertised with floor-to-ceiling panoramic mountain views, but was checked into a room staring directly at a blank wooden wall and an air conditioner.  When I contacted Expedia, their own representative acknowledged in writing that the room delivered was a "wall view with only a partial mountain view," yet claimed they were "powerless" to help because the hotel refused to cooperate. 「Cold in the room, the radiators doesn't work. Staff ignored me and no one came to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I've wasted more money on medication than on any pleasures.」

「The room was amazing, really gave ski vibes. Owners were brilliant as well, super helpful and kind.」

The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...

「Incredibly clean, modern, airy, lots of natural light, and comes with a parking spot.」

Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio -...

「Comfortable apartment with an useful kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood but a little far from the center. 15-minute walk to downtown.」
