Generally worn all over, soiled sofa, paint missing, tub very old/moldy areas/ no carpets anywhere, door knob missing, not very good screen door safety protection, broken pots, weeds on window screens, tvs too small for distance sitting from sofa/bed. Hot water was great.VERY run down neighborhood. Long dark hairs on BOTH fitted sheets ( snagged in the synthetic fibers. Floors clean but stickyKilled a roach in home while there"

"No extra pillows, 4 plates,4 forks, 4 cups, 4 towels, no trash bags. Didn't like the Black sheets. You basically have to buy everything to stay there. The Fan/light remotes are linked so when you turn fan or light on in your room the upstairs rooms also go on. We suspect i the remotes are linked with the neighbors fan install as well. Overall a nice place thought. Great rooftop."

"Very clean, updated townhouse. Close to FSU(@ 14 minutes). No problems in neighborhood. Really only 3 cars can park out front in driveway. The kitchen supplies were not up to par, that’s why it’s not 5 stars. There were only a set of 4 dishes for a house that sleeps 6. Also, no pot to cook noodles, big frying pan, or hot pads. We made due with the towels but not ideal. Thankfully we did bring paper products/utensils which helped. It would be good to have a table on both sides of bed, but that is...
