Girls Trip 2023
Great location for all the activities we got to do in and around Waco. We did not like the highway noise but don't let that stop you from staying here. We really did enjoy our visit.

Clean and adorable!
We couldn't get over how beautiful the rental was! It was also very clean! The property is very close to everything so we didn't have a problem ubering around! Will definitely look at booking again if I return to the waco area!

Great Waco Vacay Rental
Short distance from Magnolia Table making it easy to be one of the first in line for breakfast. Lovely vacation rental with 2 bedrooms with king size luxurious beds. Quality and clean furnishings. Will definitely book this rental again when we come back for a visit to Waco.

Spring Break
We had a great time in Waco and Tutu's cottage met our needs overall. We enjoyed the fire pit and the location was great. I wish it had been cleaner. It looks like maybe it had been a while since someone had stayed there and therefore a while since it had been cleaned. There was an issue with the sewer so that was gross and interesting, but handled right away.

Super cute and clean house. Gina was very friendly and receptive to work with.
We absolutely loved it. Tutu's Cottage is super cute and clean. We had a 4 day, 3 night Mother and Daughters trip. Location is super close to Waco- Magnolia Silos, restaurants and shopping. Gina was a fantastic Hostess, very friendly, receptive and accomodating!! We would definately stay here again :)

Cute home with great proximity to Waco attractions
Overall we liked this place for a mom’s getaway. It was very cute and felt homey. There were a few things that may be fixed for future guests to make this even better. Pros Location with respect to Waco attractions was good Decor- so cute and felt cozy Comfy beds Lots of throw pillows/blankets for the couch or beds Kitchen and bathroom were well organized and things were easy to find Cons Noise from road (but noise machines in rooms did help) No instructions: no welcome note/house rules, no info how to work tv, missing wifi network name (password left but not the name of the network), no recommendations for places around, etc. A welcome folder/binder is a must for future guests. Lack of response or slow response from host (when there were a few things we were trying to figure out, it would take 3-24 hours for a response sometimes and that was hard) Wrong house instructions for leaving (but we followed the general idea)
