Nice room with comfortable beds---if you are over 6 ft tall. (base is about 8 inches high) Only one cup in the bathroom. Enjoyed the breakfast, good selection. Coffee is excellent-fresh as you wait for it to be brewed.

This hotel is nice, we got a queen suite and it’s great size plenty of room the 2 tv’s is a plus. We will be coming at the end of October and I have already booked, again! My only complaint was the breakfast was the best. BUT McDonald’s is close Starbucks and bakery which is the best bakery and reasonable pricing.

This hotel was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel was easy to access from the interstate, and is located near several businesses. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite was big enough for my large family did however find a bug on a mattress thankfully not a bed bug and nice overall. The management was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The amenities such as the pool and elevator were not opened. When the pool was the sole reason for booking this hotel after traveling 6 hours with 2 kids.

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean however there was no hot water and the A/C wasn’t working properly. The hotel itself was covered in crickets. The staff did nothing to clear the entrances. I feel like they could have hosed it down and made it to where crickets weren’t falling on you as you walked into the building. They were so bad they got into our truck-bed even with a cover on it. The crickets were also all over the lobby floors, breakfast area, hallways and elevator. The breakfast was good however the pancake machine is automatic and burned the pancakes one after another. The eggs, sausage, muffins and yogurt were good and the kids had cereal. My biggest complaint was that I had the do not disturb door tag hanging on our door when we left. That means do not enter. Apparently they have policies in place that those door hangers don’t matter. House keeping still entered our room and moved our stuff around. They did NOT clean our room. They did take the toilet paper off the rolls and left them on the bathroom counter. That was my proof that someone did enter. Staff said they would talk to house keeping but that was all that was done. I was not happy about it. We were there for a baseball tournament that has the potential to bring in a lot of business. Sadly due to not being able to trust the staff, we will not stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend them either.

The light fixture between the beds was not working. The TV was not working. The hallways were 81 degrees. The breakfast was lacking and again, the room temperature was 81 degrees and verified by looking at the digital thermostat. So, eating breakfast in the heat was miserable. The location in Bellmead, Tx is extremely superior and that is where we will stay from now on.

The hotel room seemed clean, but the finishes were not in line with other Holiday Inn Express’. The door to the room and the bathroom door had been stained with a darker stain by hand and was not done properly making it look unprofessional. The bathroom was as clean as they could get it, but the mold in the shower was hard to overlook. Way overpriced for what you get.

The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. I spent two nights out of the five that were booked. The television channels didn’t include any major networks or any local news. Overall, it was the worse two nights I have ever spent.
