Perfect getaway

From the communication with the host to the check out process, this was the perfect getaway to spend time with my daughter at Baylor Law School. Host was gracious & offered early check & late check out. Quiet neighborhood.

Our stay at the joy house was excellent! The host is very responsive. There were snacks and even a bottle of wine! Unfortunately our stay was so short we couldn’t finish the wine and couldn't take it with us since we were driving. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to others. Bed was very comfy. Backyard had cute party lights and was fenced and private for our dogs to run and play. Internet was slow, but not an issue for us.

Nice place for graduation from Baylor

House was very functional, cute decor. Only 4 stars for cleanliness. Kitchen and baths were clean but gobs of dust on ceiling fans and lights. Only ironing board we could find was in the garage and too dirty to use.

Charming and cozy home in Waco

What a beautiful little home in Waco. It was comfortable, adorably decorated farmhouse-style, and conveniently located. It’s a very safe and quiet neighborhood, the host had Wine in the fridge for us, and it’s very close to the attractions in Waco. It was also super easy to communicate with our host, Gayla. Joy House is our favorite

We have stayed at the Joy House several times and always find it comfortable, clean, and convenient. Also, the manager is very helpful and easy to reach. The Joy House is a few minutes from Downtown and Baylor, which results in great restaurants and shopping. When we want to go downtown, it’s only 10-15 minutes. Our Bella loves it, too, for the fenced back yard.

Joy Home is full of Joy

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Gayla is fantastic, the house is great and beautifully appointed. Wonderful home for families or a romantic getaway or a business trip. Don't miss this house, its one of the best in Waco. We will be back. If we could give it six stars, we would.
