Cigarettes burns in comforter, stains in sheets even though they smelled clean, pet friendly was great, but the room smelled horrible of cat pee. The shower was missing floor tiles so we didnt even use. I guess you get what you pay for. Even though cheap I expected a bit more pride in ownership.

For a cheap hotel, during the eclipse, we were surprised. In a pinch it was okay, service was great, there were no amenities at all (hair dryer, coffee maker, vending machines). But it was clean and we felt safe and it was centered around everything

My stay

The motel 6 was as expected. The room itself was good enough for me to stay in for a week. There is no pool here but it might be for a good reason. Housekeeping said it was filled in about 3-4 months prior so ignore any pool advertisements. It is close to retail, eateries and groceries so that was a plus.

Bed is messed up getting in/out side closest to window, stains on sheets, worst is that not enough water pressure to flush toilet, fecal matter would not go down into flushing area. Otherwise the gentleman who seems to always be there is super nice and helpful and I do appreciate the room I’m in.

I only stayed one night at this location. The room was decent. There were several small to medium roaches that I noticed, mostly near or in the bathroom. The toilet flushed, but not like a normal toilet. It flushed and filled back up slowly. The mini fridge worked, but barely. The freezer part had melted, so there was water just sitting in the fridge part that had dripped down. I only kept water in it, and it was a decent cold temp. The microwave worked great. There was a Roku TV in the room with streaming apps and a live TV option with several channels to choose from, which was nice. The bed was comfortable, but the top comforter/blanket had several cigarette burn holes in it and was very thin. The air conditioner worked wonderfully, but it was leaking into and under the floor boards near the unit. So there wasn't water on the floor, but when I stepped on the floor boards in front of the unit, I could hear a 'squishing' sound from the water being under the boards. The wifi was pretty much unusable and not reliable at all, which was very disappointing. The owners could definitely use a better router or a range booster of some sort. I was in the room directly next to the office, yet the wifi was still bad. I ended up just using my phone's data instead. The front desk rep was nice and tried to help with the wifi, so I appreciated that. All in all it wasn't a bad stay, but there are several minor things that the property could fix to make it a better experience.

I stoped due to a heavy rain. My room ceiling was leaking, but they moved me to a different room. I slept through the night with no issues. Area is under construction 10/2025, so understand the inconvenience tha this may have caused customers.

RUN AWAY FROM HERE

I don’t know what decade the pictures shown in the description were taken, but the rooms are DISGUSTING. Bugs everywhere, and not just roaches. The ceiling was falling apart over the bed. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and kept popping open. The room smelled horribly of mildew and the cleaner they tried to cover it with burned our nostrils. What’s worse is that hotels.com wouldn’t even give us our money back because they claimed the hotel wouldn’t answer their calls.
