The Studio is a Mother-in-Law suite attached to our main residence. It has its own separate, private entrance, a private covered porch, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and private living spaces. ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT OFFER A TV, our studio apartment offers high speed Wi-Fi. Bring your own devices and stay as connected (or disconnected) as you want!

Stay here to be close to it all, or get away from it all! We provide an excellent alternative to expensive and crowded hotels. Have your own private suite and enjoy close proximity everything Waco has to offer!!

Our desire is to make our guests feel welcome, and provide all the comforts of home. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable.

Sit out on the private porch, stroll to the back and watch the flock of chickens pecking in the grass, or gaze at our small herd of goats and sheep nibbling in the pasture. As this is a homestead, we do live on the property and are out at various times during the day working and taking care of our animals. However, we encourage our guests to stroll the property at their leisure and enjoy a taste of country living.
