Excellent rental!!!
This was the 3rd time to stay at this lovely home. It is always very clean, and is the perfect home away from home. We stayed this time for Christmas and they even had a beautiful Christmas tree and decor throughout the home that made our stay even more special. The host is extremely responsive! Would definitely recommend this rental and we can’t wait to come back when we visit Waco!

Farewell Adventure
We came back to Waco to celebrate our son who was moving overseas. The house was PERFECT and all we could ask for. The bonus was Baskin Robins (ice cream shop) that literally just opened down the street. The house has everything you need to feel like you are home. If we ever come back to Waco, we will stay here for sure!

Lovely Suburban Home
My husband & I had a great time at this location. The house was welcoming, clean & decorated nicely. Kyle was communicative & made the checking in process so easy. Great Property, good location. Neighborhood was a little crowded with cars and roof repair companies from a previous storm that rolled through but it was manageable. We had a great time in Waco, house was 15 minutes from the downtown area which made it super convenient. Only downfall we had was the dog run area was overgrown and couldn’t be used by my small dogs, the shower head in the MBR was a little small for my 6’2” frame and there was not 1 single blanket to be found in the home but we got by. All in all it was a good stay and we would rent again if we came back.

Amazing Stay
This is the second time my family and I stay. The home has it all to make you feel very welcomed and at ease. Communication with the owner is A+. Location is perfect everything is less then 20minutes. Will continue to book evertime we are back in the area. Thank you.

Great location and neighborhood for Waco trip
This was a great house for a short trip to Waco. Each room was well set up and it was clean. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The host supplied coffee bar and all kitchen needs. There were dogs next door that barked all afternoon almost every day which was a slight nuisance but not something that would keep us from coming back. The only feedback I have for the host would be updating the pots and pans - several were bent and some of the non-stick parts were coming off. Other than that, the house was as described.

Perfect little place for what we needed it for.
The house was in the perfect location for what we needed it for. It was just like it was listed and was a nice, clean home. The property manager was very easy to reach and answered every question we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property manager/owner response and interaction was great. The home was clean, roomy, and stocked with everything you would possibly need when staying away from home. In addition, the home was stocked with an amazing coffee bar and the beds get an A+ for comfort. The stay was Perfect!

Comfortable and convenient
Very nice property. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed as far as appliances and utensils for holiday cooking. Thoughtfully decorated for the Christmas season. Well stocked coffee bar. Close to our family in China Spring. Would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Very nice property
We were in Waco for an event and needed to house a family of five and a small dog. The house was just as described, and had the added touch of being decorated for the holidays. It was just like being at home. No drama. No elevators. No breakfast crowd. Just a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to Waco to be convenient for us. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for a family visit. Clean and spacious. Lots of seating in living room and at the dining table. Our host had stocked up on K-cups so we had lots of coffee choices. Nice backyard and Barbeque. Only issue we had was the overpowering air fresheners. The one in the living room had to be unplugged and we put it in the laundry room. Great choice for families.

What a great time in Waco
Checking in was super easy the home was immaculate very comfortable our children loved the bunk bed room. My sister-in-law said she got some of the best sleep she's had in a long time! My husband and I were also very comfortable in the master bedroom and we all enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the backyard catching up and to top it all off we got to go and see a great football game Go Baylor!!

Perfect VRBO for us
We will definitely stay here again - perfect place to unwind and get things ready for moving our college student in. Lots of space, super comfy furniture and beds. HUGE kitchen. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations and we will definitely rent here again. Enjoyed driving by the Brazos River Park on our way to Baylor each day. Hosts got back to us quickly each time we had a question. Check-in and Check-out was super easy.

Weekend Getaway
My fiancé and I took our close family on a weekend getaway before school starts. We enjoyed bringing our sweet puppy and letting her in on the fun. We had a great time in Waco and really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for dogs and had many toys to keep her occupied. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pet friendly rental.

Felt like home
This is a perfect property to visit Waco! It’s far enough away from everything busy & in a safe neighborhood! We had two couples & a 2 year old. There was a big tub in the master bedroom which made it easy for bath time! It literally felt like you were coming home every time you opened the door. The master is on the opposite side of the house than the other two rooms, which gave both families privacy! Cute backyard with tons of fun stuff to do! I will plan my next Waco trip around the availability of this property. It’s that worth it!

Charming!
Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, this charming house is easily accessible. Spotless and very nicely decorated, there are lots of kitchen amenities and the master bed was very comfy. Communication with the hosts was very easy and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Anniversary Trip
We chose this location because we wanted to spend a day in Dallas, Austin, and Waco. This proved to be the best location. We loved everything about this rental: the clean Linens, Coffee Bar area, a place for our dog to run outside, etc. The neighborhood was really quiet and friendly. Thank you for such a great rental!!!

Relaxing and beautiful home!
What's not to like about this home. Communication with owner was A+. When we walked in loved the smell of a clean home it was so inviting. I have rented so many homes but none like this one it has it all. Everything in the kitchen to cook, loved that it also had a coffee section which was so thoughtful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good size and provided enough towels. Our trip was to visit popular places in Waco which was only 15-20 minutes. Once you're in Waco everything else is close. We really enjoyed our trip from being in a beautiful and relaxing home to everything Waco offers. I highly recommend this home it will not dissapoint and we will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay
Kyle created a wonderful stay for us while visiting Waco! The house was clean and a very nice oasis a little removed from the busy-ness of downtown Waco (20 minute drive). The house had all we needed and more for a comfortable stay. We would recommend the location to anyone!

Multi-generational stay
Two of my sisters, my mom, my grandma, and I stayed for a long weekend to attend a family wedding in the area. It was a cute, clean, comfortable place for us to visit and cook when not attending wedding activities. The beds were very comfortable (even on the bunk beds). I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again if I find myself returning to the area.

Super clean and comfortable (the king size bed slept awesome!), this house was well stocked with all the necessities and even some extras. It is a great place to stay when visiting Waco and the Magnolia complex. Places like this make traveling with the family fun!

House was clean. Only complaint. Dog pen in back yard and dog smell. Lots of plug in deodorizer to cover dog smell in house. Guess this taught me to not rent property that allows pets.

A Great time was had!
The house was beautiful, well decorated & comfortable. The beds were all clean & comfortable, including the bunk bed, which I knew might have a lower quality mattress, but didn’t. We cooked at the house Saturday evening & found everything we needed for a complex meal. There was plenty of room for us to be able to have a very nice visit, without being on top of each other. The owner was very helpful with special requests, & prompt to respond to messages. I highly recommend this house.

Great place to stay in Waco!!
Kyle’s house was amazing!! The minute we walked in the door we felt like we were home. The decor of the house was wonderful!! And Kyle provided the little extras (step stool to get in to the deep washer, extra power to plug in cell phones and great selection of k-cups for any coffee drinker) that make this home away from home so comfortable!! Would definitely go there again if near Waco!! Thanks for the great home base for our Waco adventures, Kyle!!

A True 'Home Away From Home' Property
My husband and I rented this home as it was only a couple of minutes away from relatives we were visiting in China Spring. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this was one of the best! It was extremely clean, was well stocked in every room with items we would need for preparing meals, bedding, toiletry items, laundry detergent, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. It really did feel like our 'home away from home'. We will definitely hope to book this same property when visiting this area in Texas again!

Great for family Christmas
We used this as a hub for family Christmas, and it was perfect. A beautiful tree was up for us to pile our presents under! The back yard was great for kids and the dog to run around. We were able to get all the Christmas yummies cooked in the kitchen and on the grill. And when the kids left for the nights, we were able to comfortably crash and rest up for the next day! :)
