「Brand-new and already a favourite. From the super helpful valet to the warm, efficient reception team, we felt looked after from the moment we pulled up. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are genuinely spacious. The area in which the hotel is located feels a bit more upmarket, with quirky new coffee and matcha spots on the doorstep, and the location made getting around Amman a breeze. 「I was looking for the entrance when I arrived there; however, I couldn't find any logo or indication. Eventually I asked a nearby security to indicate where it was, which was at the back side of the building. I would suggest them to describe it or attach photo via email to the customers. The location was good, near the stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Also walking distance to the bus station. 」
