Great staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Everyone appointed great recommendations and everyone was on top of their game. Very safe to visit, didn’t have any issues with anyone in the hotel or in Petra, generally speaking.

Place is amazing. It’s a very well maintained property giving you a luxury one of a kind experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Went out of the way to prepare some very delicious Jordanian food. The view from the bubble could have been better but other than that it’s something that u must experience wen in Jordan at least for 1 night.
