“The facility was understaffed and over worked the staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful, our King suite was spacious and well decorated it needed a good deep clean and the shower has mold on ceiling from the steam It needs to be cleaned and the surround needs new cocking The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. In room coffee was good and refrigerator worked good. The breakfast was hot and plentiful”

“Musty smell in the room. Felt damp. Staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face.”

“Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.”

“The A/C in the room did not keep the room cool at all, we turned it down to like 64 which is low for a hotel room & it never got any cooler than I’d say 75. One of the beds made a popping sound every time you rolled over in bed sounded like fireworks going off.”

“I had an amazing time during this stay on the 4th of July weekend! The staff was super friendly especially Nancy! She was the sweetest!! The rooms are very spacious and the beds were comfy and the hot water was perfect is was a nice place to relax after the long day at the lake!! ”

“The breakfast has no eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Basically just bread and cereal. There was no kleenex in the room. Other than that it was very good. Quiet and handy to find everything.”
