“The listing lead us to believe it was at Turtle Bay Resort , when in fact it was five miles farther down the road. There was no on-site parking, we were told to park across the street next to a brick wall. Then we were asked to move by the walls property owner because of construction. All and all it was ok and clean just disappointing.”

“Sadly this was the poorest service of any vacation rental I've stayed in. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, no hand towels, and the internet didn't work. We had to leave the rental early because of the historic floods in the area -- there are only two roads to the condo and one of them was already impassable due to the floods. “Soggiorno pessimo, all’arrivo il bagno era otturato, impossibile da utilizzare ( dopo 27h di aereo , l’ospite avrebbe piacere di avere un bagno funzionante )
L’host propone di sturare il bagno in autonomia con una ventosa ( alle 22h di sera ) e successivamente di cambiare appartamento, dopo 1h di discussione. Il secondo appartamento non era pronto, sporco , abbiamo dovuto perdere ancora 1 ora per fare le pulizie …

“The unit was great. It was clean and roomy for all 5 of us staying. Theres are few things that were minor discrepancies; a screw fell off of one of the chairs, my son found it by accidentally stepping on it; the towel rack in the restroom fell off, and one of the cupboard doors was broken. I notified the property manager of the discrepancies if they could fix it, but they couldn't. We asked for addition paper products and trash liner, which they kindly provided.
