“What a view!!! Can't get any closer to the ocean. Saw many whales from the balcony in the distance - bring binoculars! Clean, great shower with plenty of hot water, very comfy king bed, heated pool & hot tub, amazing central location to more easily reach Haleakala, Hana, the airport, etc. Thanks, Doug!!!”

“Wonderful Retreat. The privacy is amazing including private hot tub for two. Comfortable layout & well appointed. Only complaint is not understanding how far removed / isolated it is l. That said, we figured it out! The “welcome” solved our breakfast—fresh eggs/bread/a pineapple & more got us started ”

“Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? ”

“When we booked the Vrbo we did so with the information of items that were supplied and one was toilet paper, nothing mentioned of a starter packet which we found out later when we were running low while in Maui. Also, when prepping for a the renter make sure everything works properly, the toilet seat was loose a BIG miss. And if ants are prevalent, be sure to have things out to help prevent, we had them crawling in kitchen and bathroom upon arrival. Lastly, get new pillows, the ones that were……

“This is a beautiful condo in a very lovely location. The beach access was convenient and the view was AMAZING. There is plenty to do within walking distance but we felt we had privacy as well. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! ”

“We so enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness of Kihei. Wish we could have stayed longer as the weather the last week of Feb was rainy and/or VERY windy until the day we checked out :-( We got to see a mama whale and baby swim the length of the beach on our last morning..... was thankful to a young boy on ground that called out to his sister! If we ever make it back to Maui, we will check for availability.We loved our stay at the condo; complex was clean, quiet, never got into pool as it was too……

“Everything was great! Had a minor concern with the refrigerator, called Joe, had someone over within an hour to check it out and followed up with a repair man the next morning. Done!”

“The unit was nice, beautiful view. The furnishings could use some upgrades. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, the silverware is missing many pieces.”
