Welcome to Da Vics, a stylish one-bedroom holiday home conveniently located for an all-encompassing getaway. Designed separate from the main house, with its own parking and entry, this private haven invites you to enjoy a fabulous holiday experience.
Bask in the warmth of long summer days on the sunny patio or deck with a refreshing drink or take a leisurely stroll down to the nearby beach. Revel in glimpses of the ocean, and with ample outdoor space, Da Vics encourages relaxation and unwinding. Lounge on the lawn under the sun with a captivating book, or for the more active, grab a racket and make use of the shared tennis court. In the evening, the crackling outdoor fire pit ensures a cosy ambience under the stars.
The interior is thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious open-plan layout in the main living area. Take advantage of the available board games—a delightful way to wind down at the end of the day.
For sleeping arrangements, a double sofa bed is available in the lounge, in addition to the Double Bunk with a queen on the bottom and a single on the top.
Perfectly situated just a one-minute drive from the water's edge and a six-minute drive to Waihi Beach and Ocean Beach, Da Vics provides convenient access for kayaking or a relaxing stroll in the sand.
Within a few minutes' easy walk to the Athenree Hot Pools, you can enjoy a nice soak after exploring the tracks in the Kaimai Ranges, playing golf at one of the nearby golf courses, or cycling the scenic trail between Waihi and Paeroa.

Lovely getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in lovely Athenree. The house was very comfortable and Vicki and Dave were great hosts. Really enjoyed the tennis right next door. Would stay again.
