Beautiful location and amenities.

Hali'i Kai grounds are gorgeous and the amenities are fantastic, along with the personnel.We loved being on the waterfront to watch the whales and ocean. The cleanliness of our condo was disappointing and communication with the host prior to our arrival was not efficient.

Great property and location, poor management

This condo is well located and very nice. However, the management company is suspect. Our arrival instructions were in very good. However, you arrive to find hardly any basic supplies. Do you want to go shop for toilet paper, dish soap and shampoo first thing? Our request for more for a 3 week stay was met with no apology or approval. We travel lots and never had this treatment. The front door code changed on us, they got us a new one. The fire alarm batteries went down, that was never fixed. Hair dyer never fixed. So, bring soap and toilet paper if staying longer than a few days. I don’t think this company is anywhere near the island.

Love the view!

Very nice condo, with a great view of the ocean. Nice seating area on the patio and appreciated having some beach chairs to use at A Bay. Enjoyed our stay.
