Style, space and homey perks wow in this 1,930 sq ft island-chic home with master bed/bath combo, laundry room and open gourmet kitchen to prep meals for sharing on the ground floor lanai. Enjoy air conditioning, ceiling fans, HD (high definition) flat screen TV's and WiFi. Sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins.

Amid 29 acres stretching along Waikoloa’s Beach Course and the Pacific, Halii Kai indulges with a cascading pool, restaurant and fitness cabana. Enjoy Waikoloa Resort’s ocean excursions, hiking trails, shopping, dining and beautiful sunsets.

A 3-night minimum is required for arrivals from January 3 - December 25. A 5-night minimum stay is required for arrivals from December 26 - January 2.

Family time for Triathlon

We stayed here w my family and my brother and his wife. The proximity to the pool was key for our young boys- they loved the levels and waterfalls! I ran the triathlon down the street and this location made access easy. The place was clean and well spaced out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Grounds are beautiful. Stocking basic items would make this house so much better. There was a small amount of salt and pepper, and literally nothing else in kitchen. No beach towels or first aid kit.

Location and Luxury

Halii Kai is a very nice condo community in Waikoloa Beach. The highlight is the community pool, restaurant and bar, located on the black rock overlooking the ocean, makes you feel like you are at a resort hotel. Out unit was a short few minutes walk to the pool. We enjoyed the walking paths south to the Hilton and north through the lava rocks. The condo itself has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 baths plus a nice kitchen which was well equipped. The unit is on a the ground level which is nice because it extends the lanai into the green grass and garden like landscaping. It accommodated 6 people very well.
