    - Mandatory Daily Resort Charge: A mandatory resort fee of $25.00 per day applies to this stay. This fee directly includes property-wide WiFi; Access to Hilton Waikoloa Village Amenities; InnSpire to access apps and stream media to TV from own device; 2 16oz bottles of water per day.

    [b]HOUSE RULES / POLICIES[/b]

    - Check-In Age & Identification: The primary guest registered on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age at check-in. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card upon arrival.

    - Incidental Hold Deposit: An incidental security deposit pre-authorization hold of $250.00 will be placed on your credit card at arrival. This temporary hold is fully released after departure, minus any active room charges, subject to your bank's standard processing timelines.

    - Check-In Location: Kings' Land operates an independent front desk lobby at the main clubhouse. All guest registration, keycard pickup, and late-night arrivals are processed entirely on-site at the Kings' Land Clubhouse Front Desk (located at 69-699 Waikoloa Beach Dr).

    - Mandatory Hawaii State & County Taxes: Advertised room rates exclude standard mandatory lodging taxes. Stays are subject to an accumulated local tax structure of approximately 18.5% consisting of the Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) paired with the Hawaii County Transient Accommodations Tax and GET. Any remaining tax balances or local occupancy adjustments not fully covered during your initial online booking must be settled directly with the front desk at checkout.

    - Strict No Smoking Policy: This is a strictly smoke-free property. Smoking is entirely prohibited inside rooms, on private outdoor lanais, or within public resort corridors. A mandatory deep-cleaning sanitation penalty fee of up to 500 USD will be assessed to your room account for any violations. Please consult the front desk upon check-in for the exact physical locations of designated outdoor smoking areas on the grounds.

    - Early Checkout Fee: A flat fee applies as an Early Departure charge if you choose to shorten your stay and depart before your originally scheduled checkout date.

    - Late Check-out Fees: Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and requires prior front desk approval. Keeping your room past the standard checkout window incurs a fee, and departures after 3:00 PM will be charged a full night's billing rate.

    - Parking Policy: Secure, unassigned, open-air self-parking is available for a mandatory $35 daily parking fee per vehicle, providing registered guests with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Valet parking is completely unavailable at this property.

    - EV Parking & Charging Notice: Electric vehicle (EV) parking and charging infrastructure are completely unavailable on-site at Kings' Land. Public app-based charging options can be found nearby at the Kings' Shops or Queens' MarketPlace.

    - Service Animals Only: Only legally designated ADA service animals are permitted on-site. Traditional pets are strictly prohibited, and bringing an unauthorized pet onto the premises will trigger deep-cleaning and violation penalties.

    - Activity Hours: Seasonal swimming pool, waterslide, hot tub, and dining schedules vary based on daylight hours, resort operations, and weather conditions.

    [b]IMPORTANT NOTICE:[/b]

    All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

    The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card of $250.00 upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
