Great Stay!
The property was perfect for my family. It was clean and spacious, and checking in/out was so easy. It was within walking distance of several eating establishments and the beach was about 15 minutes' driving distance away.

Perfect Getaway
We had the great time, and the condo had everything you would need. We relaxed and slept so well in the king sized bed, in the back master suite. House keeping does a wonderful job, and everything was spotless and ready to use. Thank you.

Good Location
This condo was a bit far from the airport and the city of Kona, but that is what we wanted. We wanted to explore a different part of the Big Island. We were still within 15 minutes of driving time to many good restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The property was immaculate, and quiet, and had a nice pool/rec area. The condo was advertised as well equipped with supplies, but that wasn't the case. We cooked many meals and found few spices, oils, wine glasses, or other basic cooking supplies. We also had to purchase soaps for the showers and a few cleaning supplies. I knew there was no air conditioner in the unit, but the overhead fans didn't work well, so we had to also buy a couple of box fans at the hardware store. I would choose this condo again, but be prepared to supply many items yourself. Fortunately, there are some grocery stores very close to the property.

Nice place, could use a really good deep cleaning.
We booked a few nights here in between stays elsewhere. The village is up the hill a few miles off the highway, was fairly quiet. We had an issue with our code when we got there, I’m assuming maybe the housekeeper had an issue resetting the code because the sliding glass door was left unlocked, and it’s how we got in. The lack of customer service with a quick phone call was disappointing, I had to leave voicemails and emails and wait for a response, which we did get about 30 minutes or so after contact. When we entered, the condo felt like what I imagine the surface of hell feels like. I knew that there was no A/C in the unit, which did concern me a bit, but I figured it would probably be okay with all the trade winds. I will say, at night if you leave the windows and doors open it cools down substantially and feels lovely, but when the sun hits the back of the condo between the hours of 2pm to sunset, it’s extremely uncomfortable. I would suggest they add a window unit or portable unit for the living room and it would make a huge difference. Kitchen well stocked, and remodeled. Bathrooms were updated and each room had one, which was awesome. Beds in each bedroom upstairs were comfy, my dad used the sofa bed downstairs and said it was fine. TVs in each room with great selection. Living room couch probably on its last legs, it was wobbly as was dining area bench. The only complaint I had was the floors were absolutely filthy, I ended up buying cheap flops to wear inside.

Enjoyment of my stay was forestalled by the unsanitary condition of the lani, dirty glasses, dishes, silverware, pot, pans, toaster and oven full of cooking residue. I requested replacement of the burned out refrigerator lights, which was not done and shampoing the major rug in the master bedroom. The rug was taken on the 19th and never returned.

Great Updated Condo!
We had a great stay. The condo had basic kitchen items and could use a little more. The cooler in the closet could also be updated. Overall didn't affect our stay but would've been a nice touch.

Great amenities & proximity to Waimea
The. rooms were roomie and nice to have bathrooms with each BR. Close to Waikoloa Beach Resort and town of Waimea. Furniture a bit dated but we’ll equipped kitchen. Overall relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.
