This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa on the second floor with a built in private BBQ kitchenette on the lanai offers comfort, class and Hawaiian history in the beautiful art displayed inside the villa.With amazing views on the Resorts golf course and man made lake, your Hawaiian vacation will be exactly what you are looking for. Waikoloa Beach Villas is located right across the street from Waikoloa Queen Shops and King Shops, you can't beat the location and resort living. The complex has two large size luxurious swimming pools with hot tubs and to top it off the waterfall feature that flows into the swimming pools. The fitness center in the complex is perfect for those early morning workouts with open doors and beautiful scenery. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with open parking. F23 has a deeded parking stall which is not common in the complex.

Great location

I live on Oahu with my family and flew up to the Big Island for a state high school track meet. Everything from check in to check out was smooth, aside from a little bump trying to get through the gates but once we figured out the code to get in the gates, we had no issues. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The little shopping area was an easy walk right down the street. The pool was relaxing.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights, this was a great location, right next to queens and kings shops and a nice little walk to the beach. It was very clean and a beautiful location. Would highly recommed!

The property manager was excellent. The property was clean and well-stocked. The only issues with this property, as mentioned in other reviews, are the living room furniture is so worn out and uncomfortable (both the couch & chair). The other issue is the rug under the coffee table and dining room table. They are so hard and uncomfortable to walk on. If these two issues were fixed, this rental would be perfect!

Lovely Villa

Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Location was superb for going to nearby beaches and attractions. Pool was very relaxing. It was great having shops, restaurants and beach nearby in walking distance.

Great stay in a great location

This is a great place in a great location. Close enough walking to the beaches and shopping/restaurants. Lovely view of the lava field and golf course. Pool in the complex. We had a great time.

Great place for vacation

Spacious, decent new, furniture are clean and good, very nice cooking area/stove with all very good cookware, nice patio, close to restaurants/starbuck/supermarket, very responsive place manager. Very happy overall stay. Sure can come again to stay in the future.

Nice, clean Fairway Villas condo

We enjoyed this property, nice view from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen, lots of nice artwork. Many beach chairs and beach towels, boogie boards.

Lovely Waikoloa

We'd stayed in Waikoloa before, but first time in this complex. Great suite with lovely view of golf course. Very quiet, clean and full compliment of kitchen essentials. Have already referred a friend, and would stay again!

Great two bedroom Condo next to Queens Market in Waikoloa Beach.

Great location, very clean, spacious 2 bedroom. Loved the kitchen and Master Suite. Close to pool and walking distance to Lava Lava Beach Club. Will be back. Thank you for a great calm retreat.

Kona trip

This was a very clean condo. It was well supplied, even has a rice cooker, garlic press and salad spinner. The BBQ on the lanai was a must for us. It is in a very nice location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The beach chairs, towels and cooler could use updating, but they work and it was nice to have them.

We had a very nice time and smooth experience with the condo. The place was impeccably clean, with everything we needed. It’s a small detail, but very helpful to have a truly full-stocked kitchen including quality knives, multiple spices and Tupperware etc.

Just as described

The property was just as described. Amy was a very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We loved the detailed binder of information she provided for guests, which included information about things to do and local favorites. The condo was immaculate and provided a peaceful getaway. We spent a lot of time across the street, at the Marriott resort, which has a great beach and live music. We would definately stay again!

Perfect stay in perfect location

The property was clean and comfortable in an ideal location, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. There were beach chairs, towels and boogie boards as well as a small cooler (although the handle was broken.) The furniture and linens could use some updates, but the beds were quite comfortable and none of the small things negatively impacted our stay, as we didn’t spend a lot of time indoors! Amy was very responsive and gracious enough to allow us a later checkout time on our last day. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Quiet, convenient, and Confortable

Had a great 4-night stay here. Super easy to find and convenient location near beach, and plenty of options for food and shopping. Recommend shopping and cooking in unit—the bbq was great to have! Unit includes lots of towels, beach gear, etc which was really nice to have.Overall 5/5. A few small things to note. Carpets in the main room are like ratan and very tough on the feet. Tile and bedrooms were great. The starter on the bbq didn’t work so we had to use matches. And several of the boogie boards and the beach umbrella were broken so not usable. None of those things would keep me from staying at this property again! Highly recommend!

Home Away from Home

Great condo! This is our fifth time staying in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, and each condo has unique features. F23 had everything we needed and more. Quiet, clean second-floor unit, with elevator right outside the door, making unloading and loading easy. Lovely views of mountains, lava bed, golf course, and lake. Easy walking distance to everything in the resort area. This community has the best pool area of everywhere we've stayed (actually two pools). And the different community owners we met were friendly and helpful. We would choose here again.

Great location, great property

The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and across the street from the pool & dedicated parking spot. ABay beach is a 5 mins drive. The elevator also made access to the apt. easy with our luggage and stroller. The kitchen was well appointed with quality cookware, a few spices/oils to get going. It was very nice to cook and grill at the apt. Also all the beach toys were really nice to have. Toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Everything was there and despire the 2 pain points below, we'd stay here again. My only 2 pain points were: 1. The pillows in the Master bdrm are old, thin and smell. Would suggest bringing your own if you like a nice pillow. There is also only 2 total pillows if you don't count the decorative ones. 2. The clean-up was intense. Had to strip the beds, take out all trash, no dishes in the sink or dishwasher. No food items left in the fridge. Reset everything back to how you arrived. Its annoying to pay a cleaning fee, but also spend an hour on your last day cleaning before departing.
