"Only cleaned room 1 time out of the 5 days had to call for towels , valet and regular parking is 40 and 45 dollars which is a joke menu sucked no decent appetizers or nothing on menue and the price is a joke will not stay there again"

"Loved the live music every night by the pool bar. The room was updated and clean. We had a great view of the ocean in the Kai Tower. Filtered water was nice to have. Felt safe and secure."

" Checking in late, only the top bunk was available, which was tough for a 65-year-old man to climb up to. Someone turn the a/c off, it got pretty warm in the room. There was no hot tub available "

"Our room had a private courtyard with a fire pit, shower and soaking tub. Perfect ambiance. Pools were great, and the property was beautiful. Minor issues with appliances in the room, but the staff was on it quickly. Be prepared to pay "through the nose" for self or valet parking, our only negative to an otherwise excellent experience."
