great house for groups in beautiful countryside

We had a lovely stay over New Year's Eve and would love to come back. The house and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for activities.

Heel tof groot huis. Een gezellige grote zaal met toog, biljart, voetbaltafel en zithoek. De beamer zaal was ook top. Hier en daar mogen de kamers/badkamers wat opgefrist worden (bvb wcbril die wat los hangt, douche die beetje lekt, nieuwe gordijnen ), Maar wij hebben met 23 personen tussen 16 en 58 jaar enorm genoten. Wandelingen in de buurt die heel toegankelijk zijn. Bakker, frituur en winkel in de buurt.

Tolles, großes Haus. Hält alles, was es verspricht. Ideal geeignet für eine Geburtstagsfeier mit 20 60-jährigen. Wir haben sehr schön gekocht, saniert und gewandert. Jedes Paar hatte ein eigenes Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und es gibt noch fünf Toiletten extra.

Auch wir waren 2020 in dieser Unterkunft zu Gast. Waren damals sehr zufrieden. Leider wurden in diesen 4 Jahren kaum oder gar keine Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, geräumig, schön und ruhig gelegen. Nun gab es viele kleine Mängel: kaputte Mikrowellen-, Kühlschrank- und Backofengummis hingen lose. Alle Sonnenschirme draußen waren kaputt. Das Haus war nicht sehr sauber. Wir hoffen, dass wieder etwas Liebe ins Haus gebracht wird, dann kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

La disposizione è perfetta per grandi gruppi, con molti bagni e sistemazioni per dormire, La sauna e il bagno turco sono stati i punti salienti del nostro viaggio, ideali per rilassarsi dopo aver esplorato i bellissimi dintorni, La vicinanza al Castello di Reinhardstein è stata una piacevole sorpresa, rendendo possibile un bel viaggio di un giorno, L'unico inconveniente è stata la necessità di portare le nostre lenzuola, ma gli host sono stati molto disponibili e hanno reso il processo di check-in facile, In generale, una grande esperienza!

Perfekt für Teams/Gruppen geeignet

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 18 Personen und haben die Räumlichkeiten perfekt ausnutzen können. Natürlich merkt man manche gebrauchsspuren z.B. am Billardtisch, die Que's waren sehr abgenutzt...aber das hat uns trotzdem nicht am spielen gehindert :) Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und buchen diese Unterkunft nächstes Jahr wieder!

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sehr gemütlich, bietet viel Platz und genug Aktivitäten. Wir hatten das Haus im Februar gemietet und es regnete die ganze Zeit. Aber so konnten wir auch viel Zeit im Haus verbringen, ob in der Sauna, am Kamin, beim Billiard-Spielen oder im Kino-Raum. Die Kinder hatten viel spaß im Spielzimmer. Es gab ein paar Mängel, z.B. die Heizung in den oberen Etagen funktioniert nicht, eine Spülmaschine war kaputt, aber es wurde um die Probleme gekümmert und wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Im großen und ganzen ist es ein schönes Haus.

Hvilken fantastisk flugt! Vores vennegruppe tilbragte en lang weekend i det luksuriøse sommerhus i Sourbrodt, og det var alt, hvad vi håbede på og mere, Saunaen var en rigtig fornøjelse efter en dag med vandreture i den nærliggende Nationalpark de Hoge Venen, Vi nød også lidt venlig konkurrence ved billardbordet og havde uforglemmelige aftener i baren, De rummelige værelser og det veludstyrede køkken gjorde det nemt for os at samle os og nyde måltider sammen, Anbefales stærkt til alle, der søger et tilflugtssted i naturen!

Allerdings drei Wochen später immer noch Warten auf die Energierechnung ... nach unzähligen unbeantworteten Telefonanrufen, SMS, Whatsapps und E-Mails ... und Belvilla scheint keinen Kundenservice zu haben ... es sei denn, ein Fehler- Dieses "Problem" liegt eher am Besitzer, aber es ist frustrierend, den Kundendienst nicht um Hilfe zu bitten.

Ruim huis met veel extras

Heel ruim vakantiehuis met veel plaats voor de kinderen om binnen te spelen ook bij slecht weer (kikker, Pool, pokertafel, grote cinemazaal). Grote sauna met rustruimte (enig minpuntje hier is dat de grote rustruimte niet verwarmd kan worden, waardoor we hiervan maar heel beperkt gebruik maakten). Dichtbij het huis zijn er mooie wandelingen in het venn. En ook een bakker ligt op wandelafstand.

Le gîte est superbe et répond a beaucoup de critère lorsqu'on désire passer un moment en famille et/ou amis. J'ai surtout apprécié la salle de cinéma pour les enfants, la vaste cuisine bien équipée, la grande salle dans laquelle on peut un peu faire la fête, la pompe à bière, les chambres au clame et la sympathie du propriétaire... C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet endroit et je me réjouis déjà de la troisième ;-)
