「We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! 」

"廁所, 沖涼格不足以滿足整個住宿，整體殘舊 住宿所在的區域治安不太好，晚上街上像死城 停泊在旅館的所有車輛同一晚上被打爆玻璃窗，而旅館竟然說Cctv沒有在錄影 男職員對此冷漠，並沒有幫助各旅客 特別在此感謝女職員提供吸塵機以協助清除玻璃碎片 "
